    1. What are your business hours?

    Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. We make special arrangements for after hour appointments.


    2. Do you accept all Major Credit Cards?

    Yes. We also accept checks, money orders, and cash.


    3. Are there time restrictions on accessing my storage unit?

    No. With your own special code to our gated facility, you can access your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


    4. Is there an on-site manager at your facility?

    Yes. Our on-site manager is also available by phone at 541-756-7755. Don’t forget to get a tour!


    5. When I move out of my storage unit, is there a refundable deposit?

    Yes, if your unit is left in good condition and you have complied with our self service rental contract, your security deposit will be refunded.


    6. Do storage units have heat & electricity?

    The units are not heated, however, we do provide lights and electricity at an additional cost.


    7. Do you sell locks that are designed to fit your storage units?

    Yes. For your convenience, we sell both locks and tarps.
